I like your crock pot recipes. I am disabled and cannot stand over a stove and cook. But with a crock pot, I prepare the ingredients, place in the pot, turn it on low and forget about it for 5 hours or so, prepare rice or noodles and eat a great home cooked meal without salt and low in fat. Thank goodness for crock pots.
