5 Quick and Easy, Low-Cal Lunches

Having delicious, satisfying and healthy foods at-the-ready for lunch is a surefire way to keep you on track toward your health and weight goals. With these low calorie lunch menus, you’ll always have tasty dishes to look forward to that will keep you looking and feeling fantastic.

Here are 5 Quick and Easy, Low-Cal Lunches you’re sure to love:

Monday: Spinach and Bean Burrito Wrap. These protein-filled wraps are fabulous for any day of the week, but especially for Meatless Mondays. Assemble the burritos in advance and wrap them individually in plastic wrap. Freeze any you won’t get to in the following 3 to 4 days.

Tuesday: Clean Eating Cobb Salad. Our cobb salad is so fresh, flavorful, and healthy, it will have you smiling all afternoon. To keep the salad crisp and fresh, assemble the ingredients separately and then put individual portions together the day that you plan to eat them Make sure to discard any unused ingredients after 3 to 4 days or earlier if they develop any unusual appearances or smells. Put the dressing ingredients together and store separately, then remove a tablespoon to top individual salad servings.

Wednesday: Greek Pita Sandwich. You’ll fall in love with this good-for-you sandwich full of classic Greek flavors. Prepare the chicken and onions in advance (it should keep for around 3 days), then assemble with the rest of the sandwich fixings before you leave for work.

Thursday: Slow Cooker Chicken Fiesta Soup. Slow cooker soups like our smoky, savory chicken fiesta soup are great for workday lunches. Just cook it up the day before, let cool, then store it in the fridge. Before you leave for work, measure one cup of soup into a microwave container to be heated up at lunch. Enjoy!
