Put the dressing ingredients together and store separately, then remove a tablespoon to top individual salad servings.
Wednesday: Greek Pita Sandwich. You’ll fall in love with this good-for-you sandwich full of classic Greek flavors. Prepare the chicken and onions in advance (it should keep for around 3 days), then assemble with the rest of the sandwich fixings before you leave for work.
