Baked Garlic Parmesan Puffs in Less than 30 Minutes!

I can’t stress this enough—these are so easy to make. Just take the puff pastry out of the fridge and roll it out onto parchment paper. Mix the olive oil, garlic, parmesan (or Parmigiano-Reggiano), Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture onto the puff pastry, roll it up, cut it into slices, and then throw it in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. It couldn’t be easier! 

Don’t be afraid to tweak this recipe if you have other ingredients lying around the house. Some fresh rosemary can add another dimension to these puffs. Simply chop some up and throw it into your mixture before spreading it on. You can also sprinkle some chopped parsley on top if you want to make the platter look more vibrant.   • 1 puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan grated
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground


  • Preheat oven to 400F. Roll the puff pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to a small bowl and mix until combined.
  • Spread the parmesan mixture onto the puff pastry. Then roll the puff pastry and cut it into 8 slices.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the puffs are golden brown.
