I don't really like shredded coconut, so what should I replace that with?

    • SkinnyMs  June 25, 2015

You can omit the coconut altogether, or add your favorite no-sugar added fruit.

This Recipe is for 3 servings? So if you were just going to make for 1 you would divide the amount by three and then the total serving would be 184 calories? Just making sure I’m reading the nutrition facts right 🙂

    • SkinnyMs.  February 25, 2016

Our nutritional data is already listed for a single serving of 1 cup, so if you only want to make enough for one, you are correct that you would divide the recipe by three, and the data would remain the same.

What size jar do you use?

  6. Jamie  March 26, 2017

Can you make this night before?

    • Nichole Furlong  March 27, 2017

      Great question, Jamie!

You can definitely make these the night before. However I would wait to put the granola on the parfait, it will absorb the moisture overnight and will end up soggy.

  7. Angela  April 27, 2017

It is actually very nice when the granola is ‘soggy’. I always make mine the night before, making it a very fast convenient and healthy breakfast.
Give it a try. It’s so lush
