I can't use soy any other suggestions?
Greek yogurt would be yummy.
Is there a substitute for the tofu?
Rhea, Avocado is a good protein substitute.
How much avocado should be used?
Rhonda, There is no avocado in this particular smoothie, though you can add 1 small avocado or half a large one, pitted and peeled, in place of the tofu. Here are some avocado smoothies: https://skinnyms.com/avocado-pear-smoothie/, https://skinnyms.com/vegan-avocado-spinach-smoothi… and https://skinnyms.com/skinnylicious-protein-smoothi…. Enjoy:)!!

Is the apple peeled and cored or does it all get chopped and blended?
Joan, If it’s organic, leave on the peeling but core and seed first. If it’s not, peel, core and see before adding.
Can i substitute the apple juice with apple compote or something else (for example?) ?
Thank you!
Annabel, Yes you can substitute apple juice with another type of juice. If you use apple compote or applesauce, you might want to add some water to the smoothie to thin it out a bit.
Can you substitute Unsweetened Almond Milk instead of Soy Milk?
Hi, Lou. Yes, that would make a good substitute.
what if I don’t want to use soy ? what can I use ?
I recommend yogurt instead of tofu and regular milk or nut milk instead of soy milk.
