  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh dill sprigs
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, low-fat
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

      I recommend crumbled, reduced fat. As far as a brand, please read the ingredients and choose the best one.
