With no fat or cholesterol, this delicious dip gives you all the nutritious benefits of Greek-style yogurt without adding to your waistline.   • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain, nonfat
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt to taste


  • Blend everything together using a whisk, and serve with whole-grain crackers or vegetables.

  1. Really good! I didn’t have any honey on hand so I left that out. Added a bit more turmeric for colour since my curry powder didn’t have much of that in it.
