Not to mention, its presentation is easy on the eyes, to say the least! A seamless blend of toffee and cream colors creates a gorgeous gradient and an overall beautiful beverage.

Whipped coffee, also known as Dalgona coffee, actually originated in South Korea but has made its way around the world. We must admit, its soothing, ASMR-like process is low-key super satisfying to watch. Whipped coffee has certainly swept over the states and stirred up a lot of excitement, and for good reason!

Our Clean-Eating Version is Totally Guilt-Free

Our healthy whipped light and sweet coffee recipe calls for just four clean ingredients. First, you’ll need instant coffee crystals. This is key, because instant coffee’s drying process gives you a foamy consistency that regular coffee won’t. Additionally, our guilt-free coffee recipe subs coconut sugar for regular sugar. Less processed and more nutritious, coconut sugar beats refined sugar any day.

Finally, hot water and fat-free milk make up the remaining two ingredients on our list! Feel free to use any milk substitute of your choice if you’d prefer a milk-free recipe. Almond milk, coconut milk, or soy milk make great options!
