Piña Colada Pops are full of the nutritional benefits of coconuts and pineapple, including a variety of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and immunity-boosting properties. The mixture can be poured into popsicle molds or small plastic cups.
Piña Colada Pops
Ingredients
- 15 ounces pineapple chunks with juice can, no sugar added
- 1 banana ripe
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer. Enjoy!
