Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened
  • Pinch Kosher or sea salt
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can lite coconut milk
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 6 tablespoons honey (optional agave nectar or maple syrup), I used Raw Wildflower Honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine cocoa and salt, set aside. Add to a blender or food processor, cocoa with salt, avocado, coconut milk, beans, honey, and vanilla, pulse until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour fudge mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for several hours or until set. Run hot water over the outside of the mold to loosen. Enjoy!
