  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 8-inch flour tortilla
  • 1/3 cup applesauce (use your favorite brand or try the recipe below!)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Once hot, heat the tortilla for about 2 minutes or until lightly brown crisp.
  • Flip the tortilla and spread the applesauce on one half of the browned side. Allow to cook for about 1 minutes or until the second side is lightly browned.
  • Fold the tortilla in half and remove from pan onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve warm!
