  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (can be replaced with other kinds of low-fat milk)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted almonds
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and rinsed
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 scoops protein powder (clean protein powder)
  • Ice


  1. Put all the ingredients, except ice in a blender then pulse until smooth.
  2. Add the ice then pulse again until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Can I substitute a protein shake (11 oz) in place of milk and protein powder?
