Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream

Bring back your childhood with this amazing clean eating soft-serve ice cream; you won't regret it!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups bananas sliced, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt non-fat
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend in a food processor (or Yonanas machine) until smooth. You will have to stop the processor a few times to move things around with a spatula. After a few times, it will blend smoothly.
  • Add fresh fruit if desired.

  1. Looks delicious but the flavor would be banana wouldn’t it? I used to do this years ago with snow. That was before we were aware of all the pollutants in the air.

    1. Mary Lee, It does have a little banana taste. I did the same with snow…so yummy, but that’s from the days of yesterday.
