The Mind, Body, and Soul Workout Challenge requires every ounce of your focus and determination, plus a strong desire to get fit, once and for all. So tap into the energies of your mind, body, and soul in order to commit to this life-changing fitness plan!

In time, you’ll find that the energy and resources you’re putting into this routine will begin to pay off. These exercises will help to reduce stress, boost metabolism, fight disease, and get you into phenomenal physical shape. Visualize the way you want to look and feel in 6 months, and hold that picture in your mind throughout this workout. After committing to this routine, you’ll begin to see that picture come into sharp focus!

Equipment needed: Yoga mat and a light set of dumbbells

What to do for this workout:
Perform each exercise with a sufficient amount of weight in order to feel out of breath, but not totally exhausted, at the end of the repetitions. Do the cardio exercises for one full minute, or as close to a minute as possible. This workout is going to incorporate upper or lower body strength exercises along with cardiovascular exercises.

Beginner Workout – Complete 1 circuit; rest 20 seconds after each exercise
Intermediate Workout – Complete 3 circuits; rest 15 seconds after each exercise
Advanced Workout – Complete 4 circuits; rest 10 seconds after each exercise
