Equipment Needed: yoga mat or soft surface for floor exercises; jump rope; interval timer.

Kaise, Exercise alone will not do the trick. If you’re in good health, try HIIT workouts 5- 6 times weekly, eat a clean diet, cut out all refined sugar and flour, and drink 2 or more liters of water each day. This is a good start!
