  1. I can usually decide on a recipe but there are so many delicious looking ones. I love them all. My problem is with the herbs and spices. I can’t find fresh ones where I live. Is using dry ones the same? Also is there a place I can get a list of the spices you use so I can look for them and have them on hand?

    1. Dea, Dry spices and herbs can always be replaced for fresh ones, if unavailable. Typically, 1 tablespoon fresh is equal to 1 teaspoons dry.
