  • 8 ounces water distilled
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar raw, we recommend Bragg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger freshly grated
  • ice

Instructions

  • In a large mixing glass, combine all ingredients except ice, and stir well.
  • Pour over ice to serve.

      Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been suggested to have various health benefits, including potential effects on blood pressure.       Apple cider vinegar with the Mother, is generally safe to consume by adding 1 tablespoon to 8-ounces of water before breakfast and just before bed.

      However, while there is some anecdotal evidence and preliminary studies, more extensive research is needed to firmly establish the relationship between ACV and lowered blood pressure. I recommend raw ACV with “the mother” because it’s fermented and offers extra gut-friendly benefits. Same goes for fresh ginger — it adds anti-inflammatory power, but ground ginger can work in a pinch. No pressure to shop — just use what’s accessible and feel free to make it your own! ~ Gale
