Find Your Inner Spartan Workout

Spartacus workouts are high intensity circuit training workouts designed to torch fat and sculpt muscles. By doing these workouts you’ll get an athletic, lean looking body. Spartacus workouts are not for the faint of heart, however. They are one of the best workout exercises because they challenge your lungs and heart, as well as your muscles to get you in the best shape of your life. This inner Spartan workout will challenge and push you to the max – but  it will be well worth it to get that killer body.

Equipment Needed: set of medium dumbbells (8-12 lbs), interval timer

What to Do: This is an advanced workout routine. There will be 3 circuits in this routine. Repeat each circuit 2 times with a 1-minute rest in between before moving on to the next circuit. With each exercise within the circuit, perform as many reps as you can for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds before moving onto the next exercise. Perform this workout 3 times weekly on nonconsecutive days for optimal results. See the videos below to ensure you are using proper form and technique.
