- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 4 large heirloom tomatoes (any variety - a mix is best!), cut into 1 inch wedges
- 1 cup cubed low-fat fresh mozzarella
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
