This High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, workout is designed to melt fat all over, giving your muscles a more toned, defined and sculpted look than ever before! This routine can be done almost anyone.
Equipment Needed: Interval timer
What to Do: Perform the two exercises below for 20 seconds each and rest 10 seconds after each move. Repeat this routine 10 times for a 10-minute fat-burning HIIT workout. This workout should be completed 3-4 times weekly on non-consecutive days for optimal results. Review the videos below for demonstrations of exercises.
