Vegetable Prep Tips
Sometimes, prepping veggies can seem like a huge time waster. Well, there are a few ways to skip that part. One way is to buy them pre-cut at the grocery store. This will obviously save you some time, but it will also likely cost a bit more. If you want to prepare them yourself, there are a few shortcuts that can help. For example, rather than peeling and dicing each onion by hand, try using a food processor. This will save you a ton of time in the long run.I also recommend setting some time aside to prep all of your veggies at the start of the week, so that by the time you get back from work on a busy school night your veggies are all ready to go!
