Skinny Ms. Ranch Dip

Rich and creamy ranch even your waistline will love!

Something about the zesty spice blend and cool creaminess of ranch dressing and ranch dip make our taste buds sing out for more. We’ve cleaned ranch dip up, but we’ve left in all of the flavor. Our Ranch Dip can be eaten with a veggie tray, our Spicy Chicken Skewers , Oven Sweet Potato Fries, or as a chip dip for our Sweet Potato Chips. It can also be thinned out by whisking in a bit of milk for an ultra-creamy, ranch salad dressing.

Think of this as a go-to dip to make for party platters. Here are a few other sauces and dips you might want to try:

  1. I am confused with the ingredient list and the amounts to use.
    It says:
1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, fat-fre (I understand this one)
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream, optional Greek Yogurt (Why does it say optional Greek Yogurt here?)
1 tablespoon, plus 2 teaspoons Skinny Ms. Ranch Seasoning (Why does it say 1 tablespoon, plus 2 teaspoons of the seasoning? Do I need 1 Tbs. AND 2 tsp. of the seasoning?)

    1. Nicole,

If you prefer not to use sour cream use 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt. Many people perfer yogurt over sour cream.
Seasoning is 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons Ranch Seasoning. You might just use 2 tablespoons of the Ranch Seasoning, simplier. 🙂

  2. Hi Amy I really love this website. I have a question about the SmartPoints, if I don’t use the sour cream and use only Greek yogurt do they stay the same?
