Yields: 4 | Serving size: 1 cup | Calories: 162 | Total Fat: 8 gm | Saturated Fats: 2 gm | Trans Fats: 0 gm | Cholesterol: 2 mg | Sodium: 32 mg | Carbohydrates: 22 gm | Dietary fiber: 6 gm | Sugars: 10 gm | Protein: 6 gm | SmartPoints: 6 |

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled and seeded
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 organic apple with peeling, cored
  • 1 cup loosely packed kale, center stem removed
  • 1 cup loosely packed spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened, chilled green tea, home brewed is best
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all the above ingredients, except ice, blend until combined. Add ice and blend until smooth. Add additional green tea for a thinner smoothie.
