- 1 avocado, peeled and seeded
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 organic apple with peeling, cored
- 1 cup loosely packed kale, center stem removed
- 1 cup loosely packed spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened, chilled green tea, home brewed is best
- 8 ice cubes
- Add all the above ingredients, except ice, blend until combined. Add ice and blend until smooth. Add additional green tea for a thinner smoothie.
