  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mild curry powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk from a carton


  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Slowly add the coconut milk until you have a creamy consistency. Refrigerate until thickened.
  2. To serve, top with fruit, chopped nuts or seeds, or shredded coconut.

    I've noticed several recipes that call for coconut milk… I typically buy lite coconut milk. Would that work?
