Spring Asparagus and Turkey Bacon Pizza
- 1 Chickpea Thin Crust Pizza Dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups fat-free mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup asparagus cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup red onion cut into thin strips
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pizza pan with non stick spray
- Spread the chickpea pizza crust in a thin even layer on the prepared pizza pan.
- Brush the crust with the olive oil and top with the garlic.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the garlic oil and top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble and brown. Let pizza cool slightly before serving.
