Another study published in Nature Communications found that a lack of sleep promotes cravings for junk food.
And yet another study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology found that women who are sleep deprived are a third more likely to gain 33 pounds over the next 16 years as opposed to though who get seven hour of sleep per night on a regular basis.
