16. No-Mayo Chicken Salad (12 Freestyle SmartPoints)

I’m a huge fan of chicken salad. Growing up, my family made it often. Back then, the massive amount of mayonnaise didn’t phase me or my waistline. In the recent years, though, since I’m much more cautious of my health and my waistline, I’ve turned down the mayo-filled goodness.
Now, with this recipe, I don’t have to turn it down. This chicken salad recipe replaces mayo with olive oil and lemon juice to give it that delectable flavor, and it’s only 6 smart points! It’s like a dream come true.

Betty, This one https://skinnyms.com/lettuce-wrapped-turkey-tacos-recipe/ ?
I use frozen peas and carrots my own vegetable broth, no salt added. I make my broth in advance and then strain all my old frozen vegys out and cut up my potato and cook for about five minutes and then I add my other ingredients. About 30 minutes later I have soup.
