26 Weight Watchers Lunches Under 7 Smart Points

Packing a healthy lunch is easier than you think.

15. Hearty Kale Salad (6 Freestyle SmartPoints)

Kale is one of my all-time favorite vegetables. The health benefits-list that comes with the leafy green seems endless. They include:

  • Vitamin A
  • Calcium
  • Vitamin C
  • Potassium
  • Vitamin B6
  • Vitamin K

This recipe always leaves me yelling “Kale yeah!” and it’s sure to leave you doing the same.

16. No-Mayo Chicken Salad (12 Freestyle SmartPoints)

I’m a huge fan of chicken salad. Growing up, my family made it often. Back then, the massive amount of mayonnaise didn’t phase me or my waistline. In the recent years, though, since I’m much more cautious of my health and my waistline, I’ve turned down the mayo-filled goodness.

Now, with this recipe, I don’t have to turn it down. This chicken salad recipe replaces mayo with olive oil and lemon juice to give it that delectable flavor, and it’s only 6 smart points! It’s like a dream come true.

17. Mediterranean Tuna Salad (10 Freestyle SmartPoints)

Like the No-Mayo Chicken Salad above, this Mediterranean Tuna Salad is a non-mayo twist on the typical mayo-filled tuna salad. It, too, is only 6 smart points and replaces mayonnaise with olive oil and lemon juice.

Pack it for lunch either with some whole grain crackers, on top of a salad, or just on its own! It’s packed with enough flavor to eat with or without anything!

18. Slow Cooker Turkey Sloppy Joes (2 Freestyle SmartPoints)

Who doesn’t love a good sloppy joe in the middle of a busy day? I don’t know too many people who would turn one down–especially one made with this recipe.

This sloppy joe recipe really healthifies the classic and is only 4 smart points. Pair yours with a whole grain bun or put the meat on top of a salad for lunch! Either way, it’s a lunch that both adults and kids will love.

19. Quinoa (Meatless) Meatballs (5 Freestyle SmartPoints)

Quinoa has a special place in my heart. With it’s protein content, amino acids, fiber, and vitamins, quinoa should have a special place in your heart too!

This recipe for quinoa meatballs is sure to make you fall in love with the delicious food. With just 4 smart points, these meatballs are easy to pack up for a filling, scrumptious lunch.

20. Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza (14 Freestyle SmartPoints)

You are definitely going to want more than just one slice of this pizza after you take that first bite. The flavors of ginger, tomatoes, and cayenne pepper mixed with the creamy cheese will have you wanting to eat the whole pie.

Although eating the entire pie would not be beneficial to you on your health journey, each 5 smart point serving is 1-2 slices, so feel free to grab that extra slice! Whether you’re eating this lunch at home or at the office, anyone around you is sure to ask for a bite.

  1. I use frozen peas and carrots my own vegetable broth, no salt added. I make my broth in advance and then strain all my old frozen vegys out and cut up my potato and cook for about five minutes and then I add my other ingredients. About 30 minutes later I have soup.
