Hi. These lunches all sound YUMMY and may be the boost I need to start meal prepping. I do notice that at least half the meals include avocado. If I’m trying to lose weight, I wonder if eating some every day is still healthy eating, or if this good day should be used more sparingly. What do you suggest?
