Green Tea Mango Smoothie

This cool and indulgent smoothie is packed with superfoods that will keep your body running all day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach raw
  • 1 mango large, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup apple juice unsweetened
  • 1 medium banana
  • 3/4 inch tofu block or 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup green tea brewed
  • 1/2 inch ginger fresh, sliced, and peeled, but optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

Be sure to brew the tea the night before and store in fridge so it's cold and ready to go.

    1. Terra, Not sure since it would turn into a totally different smoothie recipe. Give it a try and let us know.

    2. You can replace the green tea by water and just keep the apple juice.. And for the tofu, (I'm soy free too), I would try with 1/2 avocado ! And in my opinion, it's much healthier 🙂 Enjoy!
