In 10 minutes or fewer, 6 mornings a week, this challenge will not only transform your body, but will also alter your way of thinking. Once you realize how great you feel after getting those endorphins flowing before the sun comes up, you’ll be hooked on your new, healthy lifestyle.

These workouts may be quick, but they’re highly effective at boosting metabolism and burning fat. Since they are so short, you can complete them before you eat breakfast.
