  • 4 ounces spreadable ⅓-less-fat cream cheese
  • 4 thick slices hearty whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 medium peach, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Spread about 2 tablespoons cream cheese over each slice of toast.
  2. Top evenly with peach slices.
  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Not sure that bread is "clean" unless its organic. Same with the cream cheese?

      Trin, Organic doesn’t necessarily mean something is clean eating. We base it on the ingredients and kinds of foods…i.e. processed vs. whole foods.
