Starting the day right with something healthy and filling for breakfast is the way to go. We’re always running out of time in the mornings, so this super quick smoothie is a life-saver. Kids will also enjoy them, since spinach is hidden, blending with the avocado. We won’t tell! This recipe uses all-natural vegan-friendly ingredients.
Vegan Avocado Spinach Smoothie
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2 cups almond milk chilled
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar substitute with honey or any natural sweetener
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients and pulse until smooth.
- Serve cold.
