If you don’t snack, are you even living your best life? In my humble opinion, snack-time is one of the most important times of the day. If I don’t snack at all, I overindulge at lunch and dinner. I eat way too much and almost always regret it later. I’m always looking for weight watchers snacks on the go, so that I can feel good about my favorite mid-day treat.

If I eat junk snacks, my body feels the slow and bloated effects for the rest of the day. Plus, it will still crave the nutrients I didn’t give it when I was snacking on Oreos.

But the problem is, if I’m busy, I’ll reach for whatever is in front of me.
