Hi. I do not like seafood and most dressings besides ranch and occasionally italian. I can eat thousand island and also trench occasionally. I hate anything that tastes like vinegar.. Can I use a low fat/calorie ranch or other dressing? Can I sub some of the recipes and eat the same thing several times during the week. I live my myself, so making all of the recipes would waste a lot of food.
Robin, Yes you can.
