  1. Is it wrong if I eat for example, and smoothie, like at 6 am, then something that is listed as breakfast as an snack, or do I have to eat just breakfast food as breakfast, and dinner as dinner, and so on. I mean as long as I don't eat more of the calories I need?

    Healthy diet is all about consuming the right type of foods in the correct quantity.

    1. We agree. A healthy diet will consist of the right foods and the correct portions. Unfortunately, many of our portion sizes today are much larger than they should be. When this is the case, we need to make an adjustment.

  3. I am going to attempt to make the sweet potato pancake, it sounds and looks delicious. Pancakes you can eat when they have cooled also, so it might be a carry around snack as well. I’ve wanted to loose a little bit of weight for ages so I’m hopeful these recipes will be a healthy tasty snack 🙂 Thank you SkinnyMs

  6. I’m trying hard to lose weaight too. I just don’t know what great to eat . I love to be 110 , 115
    Right now im 136.6 lb . What I do to lose 26 pounds

Hi Shayni, we recommend eating whole, natural unprocessed foods–plenty of fruits and veggies, whole grains (whole-wheat bread & pasta instead of white), lean protein (chicken, fish, eggs), and healthy fats (coconut oil, avocados, olives).
