What kind of peanut butter do you use? Your ingredients say 'no sugar added' next to the Peanut Butter , and most store-bought peanut butters have sugar in them I think, so I was wondering if you use a special kind of Peanut Butter or just a Skippy or Jiff-like brand? And would you use crunchy or creamy peanut butter?

What about the spinach and how much?

    • Nichole Furlong  June 24, 2017

Hi Tonya! You can add about 1 cup of packed spinach into the smoothie. The spinach can be added at the same time as all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Can peanut butter, banana, spinach, and chia seeds with 2% milk be a fat burner or healthy smoothie for weight loss?

Jasmine, You might want to go easy on the pb if it’s a weight loss smoothie, but a little is fine.
