This recipe for our Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie is a fantastic way to satisfy your craving without the sugar. The best part about our smoothie recipes are they are made with only 100% clean ingredients. This smoothie is no exception. You will need a soft ripe banana, preferably one with brown spots, so that it is extra sweet and perfect for the smoothie.
And like many delicious smoothies that offer a healthy punch, you will need some greens. You’ll also be throwing in some spinach, which is an ultimate SUPERFOOD. Spinach is great for lowering blood pressure and fighting cancer. The recipe also calls for soymilk, but if you prefer, you can replace it with almond milk. There you have it, an utterly delicious smoothie packed with nutrition.
