Homemade Skinny Nutella Spread

  1. Nutella Spread on 1 slice whole grain bread
  2. Dark Chocolate Nut Clusters

  4. Low-fat Ricotta cheese with 2 teaspoons honey & 1/2 cup fresh berries
  5. Hummus and sliced vegetables
  6. Hard boiled egg and organic apple
  7. Nutella Fudge sickles (freeze 1/4 cup Nutella with 3/4 cup skim milk, almond or soy milk)
  8. Orange sprinkled with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  9. Low-fat cottage cheese and one piece fresh fruit
  10. Baked apple – peel, core and slice in half, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with 2 teaspoons honey, bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees
