Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat bagel vegan
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1/4 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 radish sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup sprouts

Instructions

  • Slice the bagel in half and toast.
  • Spread hummus in each bagel, then stack veggies inside.
  • Top with the top half of the bagel and enjoy!
