Spring Greens Breakfast Bagel
- 1 whole wheat bagel vegan
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1/4 avocado sliced
- 1/4 cup spinach leaves
- 1 radish sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup sprouts
- Slice the bagel in half and toast.
- Spread hummus in each bagel, then stack veggies inside.
- Top with the top half of the bagel and enjoy!
