Is it wrong if I eat for example, and smoothie, like at 6 am, then something that is listed as breakfast as an snack, or do I have to eat just breakfast food as breakfast, and dinner as dinner, and so on. I mean as long as I don't eat more of the calories I need?

Andrea, You could do that. It really all comes down to the number of calories.

We agree. A healthy diet will consist of the right foods and the correct portions. Unfortunately, many of our portion sizes today are much larger than they should be. When this is the case, we need to make an adjustment.

I am going to attempt to make the sweet potato pancake, it sounds and looks delicious. Pancakes you can eat when they have cooled also, so it might be a carry around snack as well. I’ve wanted to loose a little bit of weight for ages so I’m hopeful these recipes will be a healthy tasty snack 🙂 Thank you SkinnyMs
