Yields: 1 serving | Calories: 323 | Total Fat: 8 g | Saturated Fat: 1 g | Trans Fat: 0 g | Sodium: 166 mg | Cholesterol: 6 mg | Carbohydrates: 24 g | Fiber: 5 g | Sugars: 10 g | Protein: 20 g | SmartPoints (Freestyle): 9


  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 serving protein powder (we used Clean Protein Powder)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined and creamy. Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a thicker shake. Serve immediately.
