7. Creamy Scallion & Yogurt Dip (1 SmartPoint)

This creamy, herbaceous yogurt dip is bursting with garden-fresh flavors. 8. Bell Pepper Candy

Zero. Yes, this clean eating snack has only 1 SmartPoint, making it a yummy treat that fits into any meal plan. Enjoy Bell Pepper Candy anywhere, whether you’re enjoying movie night with the girls or need a little sweet something before bed. Make this recipe with a dehydrator or in the oven.

9. Spicy Pumpkin Hummus

We love to freeze and use pumpkin and squash purees year-round in recipes, and in a pinch, we’ll use the canned pumpkin puree. Sweet and savory, this dip is great with toasted pita chips, apple slices, or cut up veggies. And it’s a mere 1 point for 2 tablespoons. Not bad at all!
