Eating healthy doesn’t mean you need to torture the rest of the family or yourself. You have loads of options for serving foods that everyone will enjoy–and the recipes won’t make you feel one shred of guilt. Try this 7-day family-friendly meal plan.
Choosing a healthy diet is about more than you or a partner losing weight–it’s also about passing on good eating habits to the kids in your life. This menu is the perfect way to do just that. It incorporates nutrient-dense foods, like whole grains, fruits, and veggies, into familiar foods that will satisfy kids of any age. Our family friendly menu includes wraps, burgers, pizzas, and more.
Families come in all sizes, so feel free to take advantage of leftovers. For example, if you have enough leftovers from the Teriyaki Chicken Bake on day one, substitute the leftovers for lunch on day 2.
Note: Be sure to add 2-3 healthy snacks daily and increase serving sizes depending on the individual.

Am I missing something? Some of these days are less than 700 calories. Are you supposed
to add other foods? No way is this filling, especially for my husband since its supposed to be for the family.
