    I have made 5 of the main dish recipes so far and we love them! Thank you so much for these wonderful, low-calorie recipes! Absolutely fantastic!!!       Ann, We like the 2-cup, pint-sized jars, or for a larger salad, use 2 additional cups salad greens and use a quart-sized (4-cup) jar.
