I would love to print it out and hang it up for my my kids to see and I noticed that you replied you were going to do one of those buttons. It is so very much appreciated..!
Just added the print button. 🙂
Is there a poster I can download?
#16 & #47 seem to be the same..or is it?
You have a good eye, thanks for catching it. Check out #16, just updated the snack. 🙂
What is shown with the strawberries and bananas on the front page?
Apple slices…my favorite with this dip recipe. 🙂
I am on blood thinners as 100’s of thousands of us are. Green vegetables and green fruits make my blood very thick and I almost died of blood clots in my lungs. Many recipes have green veggies in them. I cannot find recipes with green excluded. We can have head lettuce but no other greens. Do you know of any resources who print recipes that people who take blood thinners can use? Thank you for any help you can give me.
Deb, I would recommend googling “recipes for people on blood thinners”. 🙂
I am also on blood thinners. The dosage of your medication can be increased by your doctor to compensate if you tell him you are eating more greens. It is not a problem at all. Then, you go in regularly to have your blood levels tested until the dosage is right tor you.
IS THERE ANY WAY TO PRINT OUT THE 50 CLEAN EATING FOOD ‘S ON YOUR WEBSITE?
THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU

There sure are a whole lot of people telling you how to write your posts, and whining and crying about about things that only pertain to them. I just wanted to say thank you very much for putting this list together so that we may pick and choose what suits our needs and wants. We are ADULTS (or should be) if we want to buy non-organic or organic, eat something we are allergic to, not read labels for added ingredients, etc it is our choice not yours. Why do these people feel the need to be so ungrateful? THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE WORK YOU DID WITH THIS LIST!!,
Tara, Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated! 🙂
I for one love this list, thank you for sharing!!!
The lettuce wraps, take the gmo canola oil out and sub with something better..
